He has been featured in prestigious Sabhas and festivals all over India and abroad, including the US, UK, France, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Iraq and Iran.
A top rank artiste of All India Radio and Doordarshan, Mannargudi Easwaran has been featured in the "Radio Sangeet Sammelan" and National Programmes of All India Radio and Doordarshan. Another feather in his cap was his participation in the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Indian Independence held at Red Fort, New Delhi in 1972.

He was felicitated by Sri Thyagabrahma Gana Sabha, Chennai in the year 1995, for 35 years of service to the music field.
Apart from excelling in the art as a performer, Mannargudi Easwaran has also been a keen explorer of the art of teaching. He was invited to teach mridangam as a "Visiting Professor" at the San Francisco State University, during 1979 and at the Tamil Nadu Iyal Isai Kalluri for the year 2002 – 2003.
